All papers accepted by 2019 2nd International Conference on Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence (CNAI2019) will be published by the Journal of Physics: Conference Series https://iopscience.iop.org/journal/1742-6596, and the proceedings will be submitted by the Journal of Physics: Conference Series for EI Compendex, CPCI-S (ISTP), Scopus, Inspec and CNKI indexing. Journal of Physics: Conference Series is an open-access proceedings journal, and CNAI2019 papers will be online available in full text via the press platform.

1. Each paper will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years.
2. The official language of the papers will be English, other languages are not acceptable. Papers should be written in proper language and standard grammar in English.
3. Papers should be of originality and quality. They should not have been published elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form is not allowed.
4. CNAI2019 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in all submitted papers.

The reviewing process of the CNAI conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. It takes 5-10 working days for the result coming out. If the paper needs revising, it should be resubmitted for peer review again. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
1. Papers will be accepted in English only. Please prepare your paper in English in advance.
2. A paper should be in MSWord file (refer to Template), at least 4 pages, including title, authors' information, abstract, keywords, introduction, body, conclusion, acknowledgement and references if any.
3. Please fill in the Submission Form and submit your paper and the Submission Form to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com before December 20, 2019.

Prof. Xunwei Zhou is professor emeritus in Beijing Union University now. He constructs mutually-inversistic logic and applies it to computer science and artificial intelligence since 1984. He has published about 80 papers and authored 4 books on them. From Mar. 1978 to Jan. 1982 he was an undergraduate in Beijing University of Technology, obtaining B. E. From Sept. 1985 to Jan. 1987 he was a graduate student in Beijing University of Technology, obtaining no degree. From Feb. 1987 to June 1992 he was a lecturer in Beijing University of Technology. From July 1992 to Sept. 2012 he was an associate professor, professor in Beijing Union University. He is a senior member of Chinese Computer Federation, a member of Technical Committee of Artificial Intelligence Theory of Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, a director of Beijing Logic Association. Prof. Vidosav D. Majstorovic

Prof. Vidosav D. Majstorovic was born on 16.10.1952 in Čačak. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1971, and graduated on November 8, 1976. He started working at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering on November 9, 1976 as a research associate. He was elected as a full professor in 2000. He defended the master's thesis in 1981, and the doctoral thesis in 1988.

Prof. Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak
Koszalin University of Technology, Poland
Prof. Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics. 2nd CNAI will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence. The conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Communication, Network and Artificial Intelligence in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.
